Trust and Transparency.

Founded in 1996 Tilley Entertainment is a casino management company with an extensive history in gaming operations extending far beyond its inception. President & CEO Clive Tilley, began his career over 30 years ago in the London Playboy club. A few years later he turned his focus to the cruise ship gaming industry where he became the President of Tiber Trading, a casino concessionaire company, operating 30 casinos on board cruise ships sailing worldwide.

After 10 years he formed his own management company to operate daily cruise ships. Currently, Tilley Entertainment operates land based casinos and slot parlours worldwide.

Tilley Entertainment has a number of current partnerships and operating agreements, under which the company successfully manages such large land based casinos as Casino De Paris in Moscow, Russia and Casino Maruma in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Their success is a result of strategic business planning, well coordinated team work and consistently providing high quality services to their partners and customers alike.

“Many people wonder how we can have operations on different continents and manage them successfully. It’s simple, really. We adapt to the different cultures and work closely with the locals in these countries. We apply the same standards of high quality service in all of them. This formula has served us well. The properties operated by Tilley Entertainment deliver both gaming and entertainment experiences as a whole.“

“People will always go to the place where they get the best entertainment experience and that’s exactly what we want to deliver. Depending on the culture, we customize our services to give our guests the best they can get. When customers visit our casinos they know that they will get a whole package of services: from a dealer’s smile at the table to delicious food in exquisite restaurants and live music shows with popular artists.”

“Our aim is not only to keep the standards of service high, but also to constantly improve them. We do our best to keep our guests happy. Currently in Casino Maruma we are busy making improvements in the VIP area. We are building a large room with luxurious décor. It will have 8 gaming tables, snack zone with a fountain and an additional private room for VIP customers desiring increased privacy. Its grand opening is set for the end of March and we hope that our VIP guests will be pleased with it.”

“We run our business based on trust and transparency and we want the public to know what we do and how we do it.”

Clive Tilley is often invited to participate at gaming and hospitality conferences as a guest speaker and is invited to speak at G2E ever year. Most recently, he attended The First Eastern European Gaming Summit in Sofia, Bulgaria where he participated in the session “Russia: The Opportunities, The Challenges” and the conference panel “Special Zones: Gaming Operations in Russia” at G2E 2008. In addition, Tilley Entertainment had a booth in London’s IGE 2009 held in January.

Looking to the future and strategic planning is not that easy in the current economic climate. Companies these days are very cautious about looking ahead to new projects & development. But the company welcomes these challenges as an opportunity to revise & redefine its corporate goals.

Recently it has opened two casinos in Barranquilla Columbia – and is currently developing a new project in Venezuela. The property is a new hotel /casino in Valencia – a beautiful city not far from the capital. The 1000 sqm casino will have 22 tables, 212 slots, split-level VIP rooms, bar and sushi- restaurant.

Tilley Entertainment provides services ranging from sourcing potential projects to a full turnkey operation. They are also able to provide whole complex operational management services embracing casino, hotel, entertainment, food and beverage, marketing and other entertainment venues.
